how to get Glowing Skin with Carrot Juice

You Will Need
·         4-6 carrots
·         A small piece of peeled ginger
·         Water
What You Have To Do
1. Cut the ginger and carrot into pieces and extract their juice.
2. Add some water to dilute the juice to the required consistency.
3. Drink this juice, preferably in the mornings.
Drink carrot juice every alternate day.
