Melon and Green Tea Drink For Weight Loss


The appetizing and refreshing aroma of melons dissolve with the goodness of green tea to make it one of the best cold tea recipes that combine both taste and health. Melons are well known for its weight loss properties which make it an amazing and effective green tea for losing weight. It is one of the delicious anti aging fruits for youthful and lively skin.
Ingredients:
§  Green tea bags – 2
§  Melon – 1/2 cup
§  Chopped mint leaves – 4 tsp
§  Granulated Sugar – 2 tsp
Procedure:
Heat a cup of water in a pan, steep the green tea bags in the water; wait for 5 minutes and discard the tea bags. Heat another cup of water in a deep bottomed sauce pan, add the mint leaves, melon and sugar to it, cook the melons over medium heat till they become tender. Pour the tea and this melon mixture into a tall glass, mix well and freeze it for 2 hours. Strain the drink and enjoy chilled
