Minty Green Tea For Weight Loss
This is an amazingly refreshing and delicious green tea recipe
for weight loss that uses the goodness of mint. The refreshing flavours of mint
provide satiety and prevent hunger cravings. The benefits of mint leaves and mint oil for hair and skin
are well known. It also helps in speeding up digestion and fat burn in the
body. In addition, this drink contains merely 9 calories, which makes it much
healthier than soda.
Ingredients:
§ Fresh mint leaves – 1/2 cup
§ Green tea bags – 2
§ Honey – 1 tsp
Procedure:
Add
the washed and chopped mint leaves in a tall glass, add the tea bags and pour
boiling water over the top. Now, keep the glass in a fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove the tea bags using a spoon, add the honey and mix well, add some crushed
ice from the top and serve with a straw
